My 3 year old loves this Lunch box and bring it to daycare every day and it has been amazing as there was no leakage. I also love it as it has really great portion sizes and easy to clean. I have always been handwashing the lunchbox but I decided a couple of weeks ago just to put it in dishwasher as the instruction said it's safe to put it in the dishwasher. However, after going through the dishwasher cycle, a strong detergent smell would stick to the lunch box and would not go away even though I soaked it in vinegar or Baking soda. I contacted the Customer service for some advice and they were immediately super helpful and replaced the box with a new one with no trouble at all. Amazing customer service!!!

We have several Bentgo boxes and this unicorn print box is my daughter's favorite. One of the clasps broke after a couple months of use, but Bentgo's customer service was very kind and quick to offer a replacement. The Bentgo Kids boxes are wonderful- sturdy, keep food cold if put into a larger lunchbox with an ice pack, easy for small hands to open, easy to clean, and have nicely sized compartments. My only note is that while the recommended age for this box is 3-7, I don't think it will be big enough for my daughter after about kindergarten. But, adding an extra snack outside of the Bentgo Kids won't be a problem, so we'll continue to use it. Not only do my kids love their Bentgos, I have received compliments from their teachers about providing well-balanced lunches with great variety. Bentgo makes that so easy!

I had received my lunch box a few months ago and it did an excellent job as a leak proof container both as a whole and between compartments. I recently noticed some black spots which I believe to be mould and a bad smell coming from the lid. I contacted customer service and they are replacing it right away. Fantastic customer service!

I bought my daughter 4 of these lunchboxes for this school year, and 2 of them had pieces breaking off, making them unusable. I reached out to customer service and they not only responded quickly but also are replacing both of the lunchboxes under warranty! The lunchboxes are perfect for putting an assortment of choices for lunch foods and are so spacious I can often pack her a snack as well. Love them!

We love our Bentgo boxes. They keep food cold and have plenty of space for a large enough lunch for my 3,5 and 7 year old. I would caution to choose the boxes with just one clip though, We have had to replace our boxes with the two clips twice becasue they broke and the box no longer stayed closed.

We bought a set of a lunchbox and a cup back in August. Unfortunately the lunchbox started to mold and the bottle straw was easily damaged. However, customer service was contacted and they quickly sent a replacement and were able to assist us with our concerns and gave us tips for caring for them in the future.

Hi there, I just wanted to write you guys and tell you THANK YOU! for creating the most perfect lunch box for my kiddos! I have twin boys that just started preschool and your bento boxes have been a life saver for packing their lunches! They actually love helping me pick what should go in each area that they actually eat their lunches! This transition to preschool was a big one but I'm glad we had your lunch boxes to use so at least I know they are eating while they are at school! Thanks again for having such a great product!

I like how sturdy the kids little lunchbox is, however the spaces are very small inside. Small yogurts, spoons, etc. don't fit much less a full size sandwich. The middle compartment is about the size of a large marshmellow and works well for dips or peanut butter.

My kid loves this lunchbox! It’s colorful and has decent sized compartments that give plenty of space for a full meal. The sealing is really good it hasn’t broken and my kid is not the most careful user. And it is totally leak proof. Highly recommend!

I have had 2 bentgos where my son has somehow managed to unhinge the hinges (not the clasps). It is near impossible to get the hinges back in once popped out. I had to throw one away and the other just keeps coming undone. That being said, I do think this is the best lunch box on the market. Plus the customer service is great so that is why I am giving it 4 stars instead of 2 (if they did not offer to replace, I would have given 2).
