After having this water bottle for about 4 months with occasional use, the flip-up cover broke off after being dropped on the floor. Customer Service was very helpful and offered a replacement.

My kids love knowing whose lunchbox is whose and taking their meals either to school or on the go in the car. I never worry about leaking and the size is perfect!

We use these daily for my son. The water bottle straw is awesome because it has the little notch and it will stay in place—unlike so many other brand water bottles we have tried. The lunchbox matches and is easy to clean!

We have been using these since August and they are great. We recently had one fall onto our countertop and break and customer service is willing to replace.
