These look great and I love the thickness. Hiwever, after about the second or third wash aton of snugs, on both sides, were present. They cane out of the dryer looking older than the ones they replaced. I've never had this happen with other towels that I've purchased from here.

I am very disappointed with the quality of these towels. Sam's club quality is usually very good but these towels are the worst purchase I have made in a long time. The lint from these towels ruined other items that were in the wash with them. In addition, the dryer vent was full of lint after drying the towels. I have to wash these towels separately now if I don't want to ruin other clothes and the lint continues to be a problem. I will not buy this item again.

A family member has a set of these towels and they were the softest towels I'd ever used, so I decided to purchase a set myself. Unfortunately my Sam's club didn't carry them in store so I had to order online. When the six piece set arrived I was immensely disappointed. These towels are far from the soft plush towels that my family member had and that pushed me to order this set. Idk if they changed the towel manufacturing or what but I will be returning.

I've purchased many of these towels in different colors without issue. Yesterday I received 2 sets of the Dry Sand colored towels. Do NOT buy this towel! LINT city! I washed them twice & ran them in the dryer 3 times and there is still lint. What a mess. Did an online chat with Sam's, explained the situation and was refunded for both sets and told to either keep them or donate them. Even Sam's doesn't want them back!

Let me explain my awful rating for these before you dismiss it as a bot post. I have purchased Hotel Collection towels many years ago. They were excellent. They were made properly. They did not drop lint. They did not pill. The manufacture and weave of these Hotel towels her are gutter trash. I am not exaggerating when I say this, but I have washed them and dried them 10 times and they are still dropping lint and pilling. The first 4 loads clogged up my washing machine so badly I needed to scrub it down before it seized the tub. The lint captured at each cycle was the size of a full hand towel. And it still hasn't stopped after 10 runs. I have probably burned through half a months electricity trying to get these things usable, but they still aren't there yet. I have purchased other plush towels before from LL Bean, Lands End, Duluth Trading, and they are plush and thick but have a tighter weave so the lint doesn't kill everyone in the house. These are not those. Caveat Emptor. Do Not Buy These Towels. You will regret it, unless wearing a cotton beard on every inch of every body crack is not a big thing for you.

Great size and thick

Bought the brownstone color in the past and wanted to add to my collection. However, the color is not the same light cocoa brown as in the past. I would classify the new brownstone color as a medium beige and no longer a brownish color. The color swatch seems to be the original brownstone color. .Somewhat disappointed in the color change so only 4 stars, but the towels are still a good buy.

We have used the Sam's Members Mark towels for many years and find them to be an excellent value - and would highly recommend them...especially if you can catch them on sale. We bought this set to match a similar color sheet set we purchased. I did mark down one star as we would like some additional wash cloths - but individual item apparently are not available.

Lint lint and more lint. Handfuls in dryer lint trap. HANDFULS!!! I had to stay aware to clean trap out a number of times while drying so dryer didn't over heat. I washed one set on delicate and did a second rinse. Another set I washed on regular with second rinse. Lint in washer. Ridiculous amount of lint. I'm wearing lint bc of towels shedding. Whomever reviewed saying these are not linty… thanks for that as I went off of your review. I'd return and take bags of lint in too if I lived close to a Sam's. Going to have to wash and rewash to bring lint factor down. DON'T buy these.
