Container arrived fast & on time. The containers arrived in cardboard box approx 18x18x31/32 inch tall. - The size for each container allows easier transport & storage. The handles can be installed or removed. Also keep in mind. That like any other storage for drinking water. The containers, lids & gaskets should be cleaned. And don't assume the water from the tap is perfectly clean. Hence check out/research how to properly store water for long term storage.

I followed the instructions on the Waterbrick website for preparing these to fill with water (wash with soap and water, rinse, then rinse with a solution of 1/4 cup bleach to 1 cup water, then rinse again, allow to dry, then fill. Place filled Waterbrick container lid side facing down on a paper towel to make sure that it is not leaking. All of this worked, none leaked, and I stored them under beds in the bedrooms- I plan to buy more since I shared half of these with relatives.

The water bricks are high quality containers and they stored conveniently under our stairs. Not too heavy to move around when filled with water. Easy to grab and go if needed.

We bought these after the Texas winter storm, for better preperation. These stack nicely, even when filled. They're like Legos and can be moved, picked up and taken out just used in food/ emergency prep.

Purchased twenty of these. Overall well constructed and stack nicely. One had a pinhole leak. Customer service promptly sent out a replacement with a prepaid return address label. Would definitely buy again.

This shipment arrived in record time. Sam's also has the best price on these. They are as wonderful as described and I am thrilled. I will definitely be ordering more.

Good quality water containers. Wish they came with electric pump, had to purchase from other company. I purchased these as I needed some jugs that would work in our truck and our properties well is not drinkable currently so we needed more water storage.

These are great and the price is a good. We wanted a container that we could lift easily and 3 1/2 gallon size is perfect. The ease of stacking them was also very important.

Some of the lids have been leaking. I have tightened them as tight as I possibly could. If the rubber gasket inside of the cap could be thicker, they may not leak. I'm wondering how long they will last. I don't plan on laying them down as shown, which is why I purchased them....... for space purposes. If I am doing something wrong and the company reads this, please give me any tips that would be helpful.

I bought these 2 years ago and finally decided to rate them. First I'll give the good points; They stack really nice, carry well, and look good. The handles are comfortable to hold while carrying and the weight when filled is not bad. Now the reason for only two star rating: The handles unhook quite easily and are a pain to put back into place. It is not easy to tighten and loosen the lids because the handle connectors are so close to the lid. You can't get all the water out; even though the recessed lid makes it nice for uniform clean stacking, it makes it IMPOSSIBLE to remove all the water, or anything else, without shaking the thing over and over. And finally THE WORSE I found is; We decided to fill 4 of them with water and store for a year in a pretty dark, climate controlled area. The water used was county water, so it had all the preservative stuff they normally put in there. Well after one year we pulled the bricks out and found in each of the four bricks a thick slime growing on the lid gasket. Even to a point that it was a black slime. I saw it no where else in the brick, just that rubber gasket. Needless to say, we did not feel it was safe to use that water. Water should be able to be stored for a year safely, but not in these containers. I believe it is a problem with the gaskets, and not the plastic of the bricks.
