These are an excellent buy for the money! My husband & I love sweet potatoes. They are an excellent source of vitamins & low glycemic substitute for starchy foods.

These sweet potatoes are as good as the ones I purchase at my local farmer's market and the price is lower. I also like the convenience of the 5 pound bag.

Delicious when baked at 400 for about 35 minutes or until soft inside. No need to mash, no sugar needed! I wish there was at least a couple more in there for the price.
