Sweet potatoes for baking and eating, they were really huge and would have preferred a smaller size.

They tasted a little earthy but were still very good. The only issue was some were molded so we didnt get a full bag worth

These sweet potatoes bake up smooth and creamy. We also slice and dehydrate them for our shelties treats.
