Nice fresh sweet potatoes. So far I've only used them to make sweet potato fries and they have been excellent. They will be great for baked sweet potatoes with real butter just the way God intended as well.

Opened this bag the day after purchase and found that a third of the sweet potatoes were so rotten, they’d turned soft (gloopy) inside the skin! The affected roots were all toward the middle of the bag, and looked mostly fine from the outside with the skin all intact, so there was no indication when choosing them that they were rotten. So gross and I didn’t have what I needed to prepare the meal that day.

I stopped buying sweet potatoes here for awhile, because the quality of them just was not right. I literally just made 3 potatoes and they all were not edible. Like 1 week of purchase and the insides looked rotten, still hard after several pressure cooking attempts. Should of known better not buy them. Great price for poor quality.

Some of the potatoes were obviously older and were sprouting.
