The freeze dried strawberries are very light, crispy, a little tart & sweet. They go well in cereal, on yogurt, on ice cream and in warm oat meal. Snacking on them alone is also very good. I'm thinking they might even be good as toppers for cupcakes & birthday cakes.

I'm not sure if it's normal or if I got an off bag, but these were so sour I could hardly eat them.

Great taste & love the crunch.
