I wrote a gift card and it was excluded with the flowers. The person I sent them to had no idea I sent them. Very disappointing that my card was not with the flowers.

My sister-in-law was the recipient of the lovely birthday flowers. They were delivered on time and were beautiful but......the card that I filled out didn't make it and she had no idea who sent it!

Recipient stated 2 of the daisies had fallen off the stems prior to unboxing the flowers and the rest of the bouquet looked old. Sent picture to customer service for fresh flowers, they said it looked fine.

Sent these to my daughters college dorm for her birthday. They were beautiful and we had no problems with delivery to the dorms in Stevens Point. Didn’t quite look like the picture, but still very pretty

Sent these flowers to my friend and she loved them. The lilies had not opened up and the roses were tight buds which will give the flowers and extended blooming time. I buy Sam's flowers all the time in store. First time to deliver them and I was very happy. The $8 charge was so reasonable compared to other companies. Don't know who Sam's floral supplier is but will definitely use again.

Arrangement looks nothing like the picture. Not one flower was as pictured.
