These flowers arrived on time and in great packaging but they are not in bloom, it’s a bouquet of green buds. Not very happy birthday

I sent this arrangement to my daughter for her birthday. It arrived on time, beautifully and carefully packaged. The flowers are opening nicely.

Terrible

Felt it could be nicer.

Several of the flower heads were broken off when they arrived and those that made it petals were falling off. It looks terrible.

This was sent as a gift and the colors were nice and bright, packaging was good however the tulips were shriveled and dead. Disappointing
