I have been using Magnesium Glycinate for a long time to help with sleep and leg cramps. The bottle is a really great deal compared to others that I have found. Large capsules, but still easy to swallow.

This is a great Magnesium Pill. Although they are a large capsule, they work great. I recommend taking them with a glass of milk instead of water. Milk help them go down better for me.
