I've had a variety of different AC units since moving to NYC and this one is by far my favorite!! It's sexy, quiet, and cools the space down quicker than any AC unit I've ever had. Love her so much.

The Windmill air conditioner was just as advertised. Easy to install and does the job! Nice design, too, doesn't dominate a room the way other AC can.

It's so quiet that any noise it makes is noticeable. I have it in my bedroom and at night there is a rattle that I'm not able to locate the source of and it drives me nuts.

The windmill isn’t significantly more quiet than a normal ac. It makes lots of noise!! Also, it doesn’t cool rooms down as much as a normal ac. While the design of the product is great, I would lie if I didn’t say that I’m a bit disappointed.

The unit had a defect. It was making very loud noise and with vibration. Customer service respond quickly. They realize the product was defective and they sent a replacement on few days. The product has a very appearance and stile.
