Great window unit. I installation was easy, looks much cleaner than all other window ACs. Be aware that the air blows upward, so your curtains may get in the way. I used a baseboard air deflector for this and now I'm in good shape.

SO easy to install, cooled our space immediately, is quiet (!!!), and the grandkids love the remote control! Lives up to what we read about appearance: designed to be inclusive of our own style. Thanks for a great product!

My first windmill came with a damaged box and had a noisy fan, and was replaced by a nice QUIET one :) Yes it is much quieter than my smaller, older model Windmill. Thanks to the kind and helpful staff! :)
