I like this window AC. It does a good job cooling my space, it is relatively light-weight compared to my old Friedrich AC, quite efficient with available settings, looks great, easy to install and easy to use with the shipped on/off controller or the Windmill downloadable app that I use almost exclusively. During the set-up process connecting the AC to my network, I had a question for customer service. I emailed customer service on a Saturday thinking I may here from them the following week, however to my great surprise, they got back to me within 30 minutes. Issue resolved and humming along since! So far, so good!!

I love this air conditioner mainly because it tells you when the filters need to be changed and it's simple easy. The front cover is magnetic clean them, put them back on there chain. Let it know that you changed it and it's good. Also it blows air up and so it kind of blows up air up and out and I like it freezing. So all my friends have always complained about the air conditioner in my bedroom when they come in there but not with the windmill because it blows up and out and everybody's fine.

This is by far the quietest air conditioner I've ever owned. And it's very efficient. The house is very cool without all the noise. It looks beautiful and was very easy for the Task Rabbit installer to put in. I plan to upgrade both air conditioners for the bedrooms next year.

Replaced two portable AC units with two Windmill Air AC units. 75% less noise, hardly impacted my electric usage. The unique design cools the rooms quickly and doesn’t blow on us. I still can’t believe that during a three day 90 degree hot spell these units kept our 1800 square foot first floor cool and humidity free! I can’t recommend this product highly enough! Cool design, works from your phone, quiet, affordable, super easy to set up (literally 7 minutes from open box to running in the window) and excellent customer support!

I’m extremely happy I bought this AC for my living room. I love that the air blows up because the only window I can install the AC is next to the couch. It makes it so much more comfortable. I’m amazed at how it can cool off 2 rooms with the setting on low. The true test was two 90 degree days and it held up! Only downside is I couldn’t cut the plastic panels easily with the scissors they provided but even without them the ac is still very pretty. Installation was extremely easy. I still can’t get the WiFi working though but not something I need.

The AC is quiet, powerful and efficient. I had an issue with the thermostat and I called customer service. They were extremely helpful and we trouble shot together. When we couldn’t solve the problem, they replaced the unit free of charge. So far, working with Windmill has been a wonderful experience.

Love my 8,000 BTU AC. It was really easy to install and I was impressed that the installation kit even came with scissors! It was a little heavier than previous units I’ve bought, but it also felt sturdier and is esthetically streamlined and clean looking. It is also “whisper” quiet, which is wonderful. Synching it to my app was also super easy.

So easy to install & easy to use! Love the fact that there’s an Eco mode (which I’ve been using most often). Didn’t think I’d enjoy having yet another app on my phone but it’s actually so user friendly and I’m enjoying the fact that I can control the AC from a different room. Cools down my 600 sq ft. space perfectly and does not sound overwhelmingly loud like other window AC’s!
