[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very very similar model purchased 15 years ago has had no repairs nor needs any other than a minor sliding drawer fix. Everything works great. Our model has no internal water dispenser.

Best capacity in a counterdepth

I had a counter depth refridge before from another maker and it really sacrificed capacity. I love my LG; it is spacious in both compartments and on the door. Wished the stainless finish was more fingerprint resistant

Questionable temp

It didn’t seem like the milk was cold enough. We put temp to 37 but gauge I bought showed 40 degrees and above. Service man came and said to move things around for better air flow.

Love it, some quality issues

Purchased in July. Have had some issues with the door sensors that are being addressed. However, we have had to throw everything out because of the issue. Hopefully getting fixed soon! We do really love the product.
