I was a bit hesitant in shopping for a replacement since the scuttlebutt out there is that all new refrigerators are junk but when I learned LG had redesigned the compressor and backed it with a 10 year warranty I decided to go for it. I am appreciating the subtle things on it. The easy to use internal water dispenser. The always full ice tray. The solid "thunk" of the doors closing. The LG ThinQ app. The WiFi connection. Mostly, I like the design inside, very easy to arrange items and get to them. If it lasts as long as my old Amana, it will be a winner.

I am so happy with this refrigerator! The counter depth is perfectly sleek and the plain front is aesthetically beautiful. The inside is so spacious…perfect for any family’s needs. I find the fridge to be very quiet as well. Highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice refrigerator. Enough features, but not too many. I like the clean look of the outside, and leaving off the ice/water on the outside really helps with more space inside, making it hardly seem like a counter depth.

Our old Samsung refrigerator finally fed us up enough to look for a better replacement. We found this refrigerator at Costco, and jumped on it. We can't fill the darn thing up, there's so much room in it. The inside cold water is nice, and we like the look of just the solid stainless steel box without ice/water dispenser. It makes plenty of ice, and I like the fact that since it's wifi and Alexa enabled, I know if the door is left open. All in all, a great purchase that we still marvel over-- and yes, I know it's a refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 2 weeks ago so far so good the only criticism is that at Least one of the shelves should slide back to accommodate a larger slightly higher container - sleek design - nice ice making system - App monitor system a plus.

We've owned this LG counter-depth refrigerator for 5 months and we love it! No food goes to waste because the shelves are not that deep. There's plenty of space with a 27 cu. ft. fridge, and you can see everything easily. I love the pull-out drawer - again, it's easy to see everything in the drawer - nice design. The bottom freezer drawer is very spacious, and the ice maker works perfectly. I have already recommended this fridge to 2 friends.

We bought this fridge after a builder grade KitchenAid fridge died. We had some apprehension about LG fridges but read all the great things about their new compressor. I was stunned by the on paper capacity of this counter depth fridge and man it does not disappoint. Way way more spacious and functional door storage makes this fridge incredible. It’s simple. No door ice which is good for reliability. Doesn’t have custom humidity for crispers but I’m okay with that. The space space space makes up for it

This fridge has a modern look that I like very much. There are a few design flaws that I noticed after having the fridge for a week. First, the handles on the front doors are too low for the average person, which makes it necessary to open and close it by touching the door itself, which leaves fingerprints. Second, the bottom inside drawer won't open far enough to reach inside without opening the door almost all the way. Also, the controls are a little bit complicated to use.

Only have the fridge a couple days, this is left of a review and more of a question for the community or LG to respond. We have reverse osmosis, so I have no need for the water filter. In my search for a bypass filter, there is nothing mentioned in the manual, and the third party company that supports parts and accessories says the bypass filter they have does not fit this model. There has to be a solution for a bypass filter … I don’t want to buy a new filter in 6 months but also do not want to leave that filter in indefinitely. Does anyone know of a solution here?

We’ve had this refrigerator for about 18 months. I recently started noticing small dents on the doors here and there. We’re empty nesters and extremely careful with our appliances. We bought an oven and microwave as well and we’ve not noticed any dents yet. The dents on the fridge are very tiny and not in one place. LG I’d like to know why? How thin is the stainless you are using?
