This model is not nearly as pleasing to the eyes as my first mini. The grey plastic looks cheap compared to the chrome design of the one I got in 2013. Though noisier, it drips far less after brewing is complete.

Honored the warranty with no issues after the last one broke a couple months after purchase. Helped trouble shoot and sent a replacement because it was broke.

Had this for about 4 months before it stopped working. Got a free replacement under warranty, but that one stopped working after brewing only 2 cups. PURE JUNK!!!

The red coffee maker adds a pop of color to my gray kitchen! Personally, I'd like the coffee to be hotter and also, I'm having trouble pulling out the cord (it seems to be stuck).

We purchased to travel. Larger than I anticipated. However it’s a quality product. The single serve takes longer to brew than my elite at home. Strong button should have been standard not an higher priced model. Overall pleased.

I really love this coffee maker ..The coffee comes out hot..I’ve had others that just brewed warm so that I had to zap in the microwave..what’s the point of brewing coffee..didn’t do much for the flavor..No problem on this unit nice and hot.

This coffee maker looks nice and is easy to use. The temperature of the coffee is luke warm and as far as I am concerned this coffee maker is an inferior product

I’m a disabled veteran and I’m also retired so the K-mini is just right for me. It’s not complicated to operate and it makes an excellent cup of coffee.

I like the size of the K-Mini Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker. One huge problem, the water does not get hot enough. I have had Keurig‘s for years and never had that problem. I had to heat my coffee in the microwave after brewing.

My coffee maker had to be replaced under the warranty and the co. Was wonderfull and replaced my maker timely , along with a new warrenty card. Thank you for the fast service. RON S.
