I am so happy to have the extra-strong brew button on my coffee maker. I can get a full 10-oz cup of coffee from one pod, and it tastes wonderful. Also, this coffee maker is easier to use, less messy, and takes up less space than my old one.

After four months of use the coffee maker stopped working. The company has a few requirements for replacement and it required to a wait of a week for replacement to arrived

This is a warranty replacement. Last one had a bad switch after just a few months of use. I really like the unit and replacement was easy and fast. New one works great.

It was defective as it squirted out coffee all over when it would start to come out and then leak for 5 minutes. The bottom hole was on the edge instead of the middle. It was this way with all of them.

This is my 2nd one both made growling noises after it shuts off Year's ago I had the other larger model &Mini and it was fine very disappointed in this model noise goes on for 1 hr

Great coffee maker. The gray is fabulous! The only thing is that I like my coffee very hot. I have to put in the microwave for about 20 seconds after removing it from the coffee maker.

Had one yrs ago as a gift from my son it never worked right tried 2. So I thought I would try a different one and use my own coffee didn't realize that there's 2 different styles. But I got it and works great

Just as I expected. A simple way to make a single cup of coffee. The only drawback is it takes maybe 1.5 to 2 minutes longer to produce the coffee/tea than my other much larger Keurig. Nonetheless, I would buy it again.

Love the size love the efficiency. I love everything about it when I thought I had the K express, which was very small for my nightstand. I immediately sold it to buy this one.

This is what the coffee maker should be. The regular mini sprays the coffee. Thanks you for replacing it with the mini plus. They need to take the cheaper ones off the market
