We bought to replace a keurig like machine that did not have the ability for multiple size servings. The mini plus has multiple sizes and the strong brew feature. We are really happy with the purchase.. T

It occupies almost no space on my counter. And brews like the larger keurigs. It only makes up to 12oz so that might be a con for some but not a dealbreaker in my home.

I really love this coffee maker ..The coffee comes out hot..I’ve had others that just brewed warm so that I had to zap in the microwave..what’s the point of brewing coffee..didn’t do much for the flavor..No problem on this unit nice and hot.

I am very happy with my Keurig machine, it’s only like 3 steps to a great cup of coffee, hot chocolate and tea. I love all the different favorites you can try, right at your finger tips. You can get the pods almost anywhere

I received two of these coffee makers. The first one didn't work and was replaced. The 2nd one didn't work - same issue - and it was replaced with a different style that I HOPE will work. Don't buy!

Has some strange issues. Overall I would say it's okay. Kind of hard to turn on. You have to keep lifting up the dispenser section and shutting it back down to get it going. But it's nice that it takes up so little room on your counter.

Fast! Excellent coffee maker, only disadvantage is having to add a cup of water each time. Bought three of these for myself and daughters. All are very happy with them. Would definitely buy again.

I was extremely satisfied with the Keurig Customer Service and Warranty process. My claim was handled immediately and my replacement brewer was sent out the next day. Would highly recommend.

have to unplug/plug in daily. water tank small. use a slim model at work with bigger water tank and makes coffee less than 30 seconds from cold start. I do like the storage idea and it's slimness buy I would return if I could

I travel for business with long hours, and as a GM Dark Magic fan my late hours it is the perfect equipment, and I am an engineer. This unit does require a travel bag or travel case.
