This coffee maker has pros and cons. Pros: It makes good coffee quickly. It doesn't take up much space on the counter. Cons: The power cord is ridiculously short - I can't even pull it out to the edge of my counter, or store it where I'd like between uses without unplugging it. The "Regular" Mini (not the "Plus" has a longer cord, and it stores in the unit, which is much better. The pod storage unit is silly. Nobody is going to put it back in the unit after each cup of coffee. I thought it was attached to the back, underneath where you pour the water - not the front over where the cup sits. Since I use loose coffee anyway, I just took it off and left it off. Also, the little cups for using loose coffee are a bit much. It does make good coffee, but seriously - 4 pieces to wash? It seems that there could be a simpler arrangement.

Love the color and it works great for what we needed it for! We do not plan on traveling with it but wanted it for our floating house as we use a solar system and needed something that wouldn't pull to much power. it's perfect and makes a great cup of coffee!

I goofed and gave a rating for the LavAzza coffee as I meant for the Keurig coffee maker. Lav Azza is the best. The coffee maker is a problem. Had to replace two from two different locations - the lid would not stay down when processing the coffee. Researched other mini coffee makers and went back to ordering two more of the Keurig. Nice size, good coffee, more quality as far as the lid goes.

I am on my third mini Keurig because of problems with the unit. The company is fantastic about replacing a defective unit. They have been over the top with customer service. I cannot say enough about the Keurig organization. I love my mini, I am the only person in my household who drinks coffee. This model is all I need for just two cups of coffee per day.

We have had Keurig coffee makers since they hit the market over 15 years ago. When we got out RV the standard size coffee maker just took up too much space. So we bought a Hamilton-Beach compact coffee maker. This unit worked but not very well. Along came the Keurig Mini and Mini +. This coffee maker is perfect for the RV. It easily fits in the pantry and has storage compartment for the power cord - no power cord hanging out to deal with. The convenient K-cup storage is an added bonus. It even has a "strong brew" button if you like a strong cuppa.

This the second one. First worked about 25% of the time. Obtained a replacement under warranty. Exact same problem. Several repeated tries are needed just to get it to dispense the coffee. Sometimes it just won’t. Really frustrating and annoying. Don’t buy this!

Had to be replaced three times in three years. The latest one they sent me worked for one day before malfunctioning. The machine shuts off before brewing (not a descaling issue, brand new machine). I have a larger one that has worked perfectly for years. I really wanted the single-serve to work so I wouldn’t have to go down several stairs for morning coffee.

We purchased this Kuerig because our “old” model was blowing the fuse in our new home. The design is nice and slim, but when filling a coffee cup the coffee splashes all over the coffee maker and the surrounding area. This is quite annoying. I have a feeling it won’t splash if one is filling a tall cup, we haven’t tried yet. This is the reason I gave 4 stars.

This machine may be small but don’t let it fool you. I have a small kitchen so this machine is perfect, it doesn’t take too much space and the coffee comes out very hot and good. It’s easy to clean and I love the small coffee storage that fits right into the machine without taking up more space. I really love this Keurig.

I love the sleek design of this model, as well as its space-saving features. I have a small kitchen and drink only one cup of coffee a day, so this size is perfect for me. I also really like the teal color and the fact that I can adjust my serving size and brew the coffee stronger, when desired! There are two reasons I did not rate this model five stars: first, it is extremely loud (much louder than my 12-year-old one that it replaced), and the cord often gets stuck in the storage cubby in the back and does not want to come out.
