I bought this single-cup for my office & am having fun with it. I customized with Mardi Gras colors & my nickname. I've had Keurigs for over 10 years and use them daily (home or office); so convenient for someone who only drinks 1 cup of coffee per day.

We decided to go back to a regular coffee brewer but wanted something for a quick on-the-go cup or for an occasional cup of hot cocoa. This works perfectly. Just a couple of minutes from start to finish. Love that everything have a compartment and can easily be packed for travel.

I love this little coffee maker. I bought this to put in my bedroom. It is upstairs in my house and I always hated to tread downstairs in the evening when the house was shutdown, in order, to make a cup of coffee. It is so nice to have this setup in my master bath. One recommendation, if I may, the little container that holds the k-cups should have a tiny little knob/handle to pickup it. It is very difficult to pickup and reset on top of the container. That is the only reason i gave it a 4 instead of a 5.

While it makes very flavorful coffee and hot chocolate, it's also very messy. The down spout spurts and sprays coffee all over. I have to hold the mug up to the spout while it dispences the hot liquids to keep it from spraying backwards, forwards, and sidewards. I've been using a taller travel mug even at home just to avoid the clean up.

I was gifted a Mini that stopped powering on after 2 weeks. I thankfully registered my warranty when I received, and called for a replacement. I spoke with Hernan M., and he was very helpful, and arranged for a replacement to be sent, which I received in less than a week. The new machine works great, and we need more customer service reps like him.

Upon our Keurig coffee maker not working properly I spoke with a very polite and attentive individual who talked me thru a series of "tests" to determine the issue; finally concludoing a NEW coffee maker was needed and sent to us in a short time period! Bravo!!!

I have been a Keurig customer for several years and have tried many different coffee makers but none of them holds a candle to Keurig! Love how hot it gets my coffee. K-Mini Plus was just what I was looking for to make a single cup of fresh coffee. The PLUS has a removable water reservoir which is easy to clean. It also has a contianer that slides in the coffee pot bottom that holds 9 K-cups. You can set it beside it for storage. I love the Aqua color! I would buy it again!

I got a great deal on this mini Keurig coffee maker. I don't have much counter foace do it's thr perfect size. Works great! I really wanted a red one, but they were sold out. It would be nice if the water reservoir was a little larger. All in all, I am satisfied with this purchase!

I bought this one to replace my original keurig mini. Love the white color and the option to make it strong. Also like the slim design . However , my keurig makes a clicking sound when it’s not in use. If there is a way to fix this , please let me know !
