Honestly I loved it at first. But a month after I got it , it just stopped working. So I had to return it.

Worked great for a year. Now it wont make 2 consecutive cups, and when it does...the 2nd cups is barely warm.

Got this in the new color(pink) and I love it. Works good so far. Only thing I would suggest changing is the cord length. It’s too short.

bought a coffee machine, it doesn’t work, it’s new, the indicator flashes and it doesn’t turn on, what is the problem? I am very upset

I got this for Christmas and we’ve loved it but it stopped working a couple weeks ago out of nowhere. We haven’t even had it a year. Frustrating.

This thing is awesome! We use this in our dorm for our morning coffee and it works super well. doesn’t take up a ton of space which is nice

Not really easy to use and keep clean. I do like the convenience of using the pods. I do use it at least 3 times a week.

I love the convenience of this product. However I think that K cups are pretty pricey so keep in mind if you wanna invest in that.

I just bought it like 4 days ago and it is loud. If I knew it was this loud I probably wouldn’t have bought it. Other than that it is good

I love this. The only thing I will say is you have to fill it up every single time you use it. But it’s great. And super convenient for one perosn.
