This is my 3rd K-Mini Plus Single and it’s still giving me trouble. This one is suppose to be a placement and still not working. Keurig has to know these machines are a problem, I know several people who had faulty machines from stores and the official website purchase.

Had my original Keurig classic for 5 years and l❤️ved it! Decided to downsize in August to the mini! First mini stopped working after 4 months...Replacement arrived after 2 weeks without coffee, and when I plugged it in would not even turn on! It is cheaply made! Buyer beware!

I love the simplicity of this machine. Easy to use and makes the tea or coffee nice and hot. My one criticism is that it is rather noisy. The cycle is fairly quick, so it is tolerable. Small size is a plus. This machine does not have the sturdy feel to its construction as my home brewer, but it is OK. Overall, this does what I wanted it to do, so I am happy enough.

When I called the customer service person was very professional and helpful. We went through all the steps & my Keurig was not working. She explained what I needed to do next. Sent in all the information & within a week later I received my new Keurig. Thank you for such professional workers!

This is my second mini. Love the storage container and the quality of the coffee, nice strong brew button, and good temperature of beverage. Two negative issues. It doesn’t fit in the Keurig mini travel/storage case and my worst complaint is the short, I mean short electric cord! I can’t plug it in on my kitchen counter. It is necessary to put something under the coffeemaker to even plug it in.

I mean, really cool. That is, if you like your coffee at 150 degrees, this is for you. The coffee is tasty (if you're precise about how much water you put into it for each cup), but I need to heat the resulting coffee in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to get it up to proper temperature.

I bought my first mini Keurig about 6 months ago. I started having brewing problems and Keurig quickly replaced it with a brand new one at no cost. I love the idea of just making a cup at a time, it takes very little counter space and fits in with my kitchen decor. I would recommend this product.

This little machine is absolutely the best! I'm a big coffee lover and up to now, never had a coffee machine that made coffee well enough for me to enjoy. I tried the K- Mini Plus and I will use it forever. It truly makes a perfect cup of coffee!! It's easy to use, easy to maintain and doesn't take up a lot of space on your counter. Working with the Keurig company is always a pleasure. Their customer service dept. is outstanding. I would recommend this to everyone.

I actually bought the K-Mini Plus Single Serve and gave it to my church for their rectory office. I thought that it would be better used than a pot of coffee for a small meeting or a guest or 2. It was greatly appreciated. And with the assortment of coffee, people had a variety to choose from. It was a great idea and very much welcomed.

We are not coffee drinkers, so like to have this handy for guests, hot chocolate, or just hot water. We previously had a bigger one that died on us, and I admit that I do miss being able to have a larger quantity of water in it, even though filling up per cup size each time makes more sense for our purposes. I do love the size of it, and it's great storage for a few k-cups. It is a little tricky to learn how to use, so I'm still going through those growing pains. It is not super intuitive, even with the directions (like when do I lift and lower, and why does it all of the sudden just stop). Since we are not heavy users of it, I will stick with it, and once I get used to how to use it, it will be great. Again, the size and look of it is perfect for the amount of use we use it. Although until then, I have to admit that I have found that just boiling water on the stove is easier and quicker.
