I am a first time Keurig user. I bought it to use when I have guests as I don’t drink coffee myself. However, I discovered hot cocoa pods, so now I use it for me! I used my Cricut to make a cute design to dress up my red mini. It takes up little space and looks great on the counter! I have had it for a year now and had zero problems with it. Be sure to use room temperature tap water and you will not have any issues.

BEST single serve coffee maker EVER!!!! We have used single serve coffee makers [and of course large ones] for decades. We do alot of traveling and stay alot of different places. So, this works GREAT! Have the larger Keurig's in offices and homes and they have ALL worked perfectly!!!!! First time, every-time! Quick, fast, easy, HOT cup of coffee. We have been searching for a TRUE, SINGLE cup coffee maker. One with no water storage to get forgotten about and turn yuck!!! This one is the one! Pour in one cup, push go, get out one cup!!!!! great, fast, hot coffee. No clean up, no dumping containers of water........one in, one out! Of course, Walmart.com is wonderful about fast free shipping to your house.........coffee and hot cocoa as well.........NOTE TO NEW BUYERS: do your research!!!!! dont be disappointed when you get this and have not planned it out..........Like buying an 80 inch TV in the store, rolling it out to your tiny car, AND THEN try to figure out how to load it?!?!?! haha. I see this all of the time at Walmart stores. This coffee maker is tall [accommodates larger cups] AND has to be operated from the top [in the front and back]. Water is to be poured into top/back......coffee pod is to be loaded from the top/front. So, you can store under cabinets hanging above your counter-tops, but not use!!! Read the dimensions. ALSO remember what is poured in......will all come out!!! Do not pour in 12 ounces and put an 8 ounce cup to be filled!!!!! It makes up to a 12 oz cup. Even has a button for STRONG coffee or cocoa, and it works like a charm!!! you can certainly tell the difference, no doubt! Even has automatic off after use! Like i said, GREAT coffee maker in every way, just read the descriptions and know what you are getting!!!!

I have had this since Nov 2018 and it is very disappointing. Single cup and small workspace sound great. Unfortunately brewing that single cup may require that I restart it 2,3,5, even 6 times for it to produce coffee. It should work on the first attempt.

This Mini is easy to use and the coffee is hot. I like the strong feature and that it is light weight. I am a senior and my other one was heavier and getting difficult to move around when I needed to fill or empty the water. This one works out great for me.

I purchased this mini in hopes of having it in my bedroom and making your cup of coffee when I 1st get up. It seems like it works fine except there is an unusual sound every few seconds that sounds a little bit like a sucking sound. Doesn't last long but repeats. I unplug the machine it is not plugged in at all and it still making that sound not sure why

We have the grey single use Keurig and it is perfect. I love that it feels more sanitary since we just add the amount of coffee we need for just our cup. It isn’t the best coffee that I have ever had, hence the four stars, but it works good for every day, quick use. Clean, no fuss cup o’joe.

I bought one of these thinking I'd save money. Bad plan. It worked well for about a week and then slowly deteriorated. First it stopped making hot water - if you like tepid tea water and weak coffee-water then you'll be fine. Then three days ago it stopped working all together. I took it "apart" and clean everything but it's not like ti's more elaborate and dependable siblings. It's cheaply made and has but one real part - the water container (which will resolve the current issue) which can be removed. Tonight it look me 45 frustrating minutes to brew one cup (with three pods wasted) but I discovered how to "fix" the non brew issue. Plug the hole where the water is supposed to drain into the machine similar to plunging your toilet when it's plugged up and WHAMMO the water was sucked into the machine and it ACTUALLY MADE HOT WATER/COFFEE. So before customer service wants to contact me I've already ordered a more expensive, better Keurig and I'll just box this one up and sell it as used with a note on how to make it work properly. Bottom line - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. It's gonna break down just give it time.

My wife kept wanting to purchase this to make more room on our counter. Out last Keurig was larger and worked perfect, eventually I told my wife to go ahead and pitch it for this single version. What a mistake! This K-Mini Plus takes a very long time to make a single cup. Very frustrating standing next to it waiting and waiting for it to brew. If it was only a minute or so I could handle it, but this thing is ridiculous... you wait and wait, just not acceptable. While it does make a good tasting cup, I wish I didn't buy it. If you offer someone (relative, friend) a cup of coffee, this thing will sure embarrass you over time to make it. Just a heads-up in case you may be thinking of buying one of these.

I received this complimentary for testing purposes, and I have to say I'm impressed. I live in NYC, where space can be hard to find, and this fits wonderfully in my studio. It's slim enough that it doesn't get in my way when I'm not using it, and it functions just like the full-sized Keurigs I've used in the past. I also really like that there is a removable storage bin for the K-cups! This is definitely efficient — it only holds enough water for one cup, but for me it's perfect. If you have a Keurig and are thinking about getting something smaller, I definitely recommend this!

I have owned four different styles of Keurigs and loved every single one of them. We decided to buy the slim for our motorhome since it would be a great space saver. I have had problems from day one. You put the water in and it cycles thru for about five minutes and then shuts off, no coffee......... so if you push the button again......same thing.....where did all the water go???? So you have to add more water and cycle it thru again. Sometimes it will brew, sometimes it won’t. But after the second or third time of adding water, you are getting 12-18 cups of coffee with one pod! I like my coffee strong (2 pods per 6 of water). Very disappointed Keurig would put out such a horrible product. Back to Mr. Coffee for us.
