These Mini coffee makers are faulty and inconsistently work. They are unreliable. This is my second one this month. The 1st one only works if you don’t insert a K cup in it, and even then it didn’t work most of the time. The second one works typically 2 days out of 5. Keurig is making their products more and more faulty. I can see why so many are giving up on this brand.

I got one as a gift. It stopped working and keurig took over a month to get me a new one. After 3 uses of the “new” keurig it stopped working just like the one I sent back. I bought myself a new one at the store and asked for a refund and keurig said no.

I wanted to love my new K-Mini Plus but it doesn't release all of the water into the cup. I have no idea where it goes!! It only gives me about 1/2" coffee in a copy after putting in 12 oz of water. I have tried and tried but it still does not brew properly. I have had to go back to my old Kuerig.

Excellent pot, coffee stays hot , easy to use. Convenient in the busy morning. Great choice of colors. Looks nice on counter too. Coffee is always fresh tasting. My guest have commented on the delicious taste. The aroma that fills my kitchen is incredible. So easy to use when having company. I incredibly happy with this purchase 💕

This was for a replacement that stopped working. I am no happy with it. I do not like filling the reservoir every time I want to use it. I am used to keeping water in it. I will hold on to it for a little while to see if I can get used to it and if not, replace it.

Slim, sleek, convenient plus it works incredibly well. No more waiting for water to heat, little mini heats water instantly as it comes though and it'll be piping hot water for sure. Love the strong brew button, all the parts are easy to clean - can't say enough this thing is great!

Bought a faulty Kuerig. It simply would not work. Contacted the company, they were able to tell the product was in warranty, even though I had not sent in the warranty registration. Their customer service was amazing. They walked me through testing the unit & when that did not work, they shipped a brand new replacement. Item arrived timely & worked wonderfully!! Any company with great customer service like this, will always earn my continued business!!

We love this unit for home and for our RV trailer. Nice and small, has option for stronger brew, and easy to move. For stronger brew: add water AT LEAST 6 ounces! Insert pod. Press Strong button and then the big "K" button. The unit pulls in the water, goes quiet for a minute or so, and then you hear the water being heated up. Then it brews at a higher temp and pushes out the coffee a little more slowly than the regular brew. Warning though: If you put in less than six ounces, the unit pulls in the water, goes silent, and then turns off, leaving the water inside the unit. To fix this, add a little more water, and repeat the process. After a lot of confusion, I did the following test. 5 ounces made the unit draw the water in and turn off. I tried again with 4 ounces, and it drew the extra water in and then made a coffee with 9 ounces. I like this unit better than the nespresso we had before. Plus we can use refillable pods on the Keurig.

This is an excellent brewer for a new guy or girl. It is so easy to use! start up time was minutes . I really love the simplicity of it. so very straight forward right out of the box. Excellent temp and flavor! But, - In the end / ' ended up returning it. .Just not enough bells and Whistles for me. I can very much reccomend this Keurig 100%. only I thing bad, it sounded like a jet taking off at first! But it settled in after that one time only. Its a GREAT BUY !!! -

I had to spend about a week w/out it - broke due to a cat incident - and was actually unhappy about it. This doesn't *happen* to me! I was spending too much time at the vet and always appreciated being able to have a good, fresh, hot, cup of coffee. On the way home one day I called my dearest friend and said, out of the blue, "I need you to buy me one of these but a small one " "Okay . . ." Two days later this showed up, perfect color and after first singing it's praises on my Facebook page it's now an occasional comment when I sit down; "I still love my coffee machine." Enough of the story, what about the machine? It's slim and fits against a wall or tucked between other things; the shape makes it much easier than a round pot. No moving parts, sliding the carafe in and out. So easy to use even my terrified-of-kitchen friend used it. So quick that by the time I've tripped over and fed the cat I have coffee. Why did I want a small one? I've discovered that it fits neatly across a low pod storage drawer but the main thing is, why would I want a larger one? One cup of absolutely fresh coffee. (Guests and you can brew a second one quickly.) No burnt taste because you haven't cleaned the pot with backing soda recently. No fumbling to fill the carafe with water. No remembering to turn it of. And just one cup at a time, cleanly and quietly with no leftovers. Tea too, or hot water if I want to go through tea bags. No boiling on the stove. At first I was worried because you have to buy pods but even that has been reasonable. Why have I bought a replacement? I was cleaning the counter, it was on the floor, see above about cat . . . It's very sturdy - another plus - but not up to what happened. Online to get a new one before the day was up.
