The process was simple and the representative that assisted was great.

Stopped working then restarted and made a lukewarm cup of coffee

I took one star because I wish they improve the coffee maker to not splash when it finish brewing.

The size of it. Takes very little space in the kitchen.

Great to take when traveling and staying in room with no pot.
