I bought this coffee maker recently and am extremely disappointed. It does not brew after pressing the button the first time. I have to open and close the lid, pressing the button, several times before it brews. It sounds like it is brewing, but nothing comes out. It takes at least 5 minutes for one cup of coffee.

I have to keep adding water and disconnect it from the power outlet several times before it decides to follow directions and make a cup of coffee. My worse experience with a consumer product! I would give this product zero stars but one star is the minimum!

Was a Christmas gift. Could not get it to work. Would draw water half way. Give me lukewarm tea. Had a terrible time. Had been using bottled water that was room temp. I am now using water from the tap which is colder. Have had a perfect cup of tea every time. Used one full box of tea pods. What a waste when all I needed was to use colder water.

The Keurig K-Mini Plus is an excellent addition to Keurig's line of coffee-brewing products. Below, I have outlined my thoughts on the appliance. Pros: I really liked the compact size of this product (especially as someone who has very limited counter space and in a tiny apartment kitchen), the ease of brewing a cup of coffee, and the convenient compartment for K-Cup storage. I also found the coffee that the machine brewed to be rich and delicious. Because I like my coffee strong, I was happy to see that there was a button to brew stronger coffee! Cons: The only real complaint I have about this product is the noise that it makes and the amount of time it takes to brew a cup of coffee. It makes a fairly loud bubbling/gurgling noise while it brews; several traditional coffee makers that I have had in the past are much quieter. The machine also takes a while to brew a cup, and is really not that much faster than a traditional coffee maker (if you were to brew just one cup of coffee in it). That being said, these are small issues, and I think that the product has a good value overall. I received this as a complimentary product from Influenster.

I received this product complimentary for testing purposes, and so far I am absolutely in love. The overall design of this keurig is slim and very appealing. They managed to compress the typically bulky sized machines into a skinny tower. The power cord even has a slot to be hidden in the back! There is a lovely container to hold pods too that fits right into the compact design. I didn't even have to read the instructions for this machine, it was so easy to use. There's one button. Just run water through it once and then you're all set to get your caffeine on! Your countertop never looked this good!

I received this for free from Influenster and I am so happy with it. Thank you to Influenster and Keurig for this product! It is a great size. The coffee that came with it is great. This is the best coffee maker I've ever had and it makes just one cup at a time. Makes me wish I had a bigger one!

I love this Keurig because it's great for dorm life, me and my roommate use this all the time, and it is small so I can fit into small places. It is great for dorm life because it's so small and in a dorm you don't have that much room. It makes up 3 cups of coffee per time so you waste little coffee.

I was so stoked to receive this Keurig! I enjoy coffee in the morning but live alone and never want to waste a full brew. This one makes the perfect amount for one person! I especially appreciate the “strong” option for those of us who like a little more umph in our brew! Excellent product, Keurig! I am ecstatic to be given the opportunity to test this coffee maker thanks to Influenster. As soon as I received it I got straight to a cup of joe. I don't have much counter space but I can fit the new k mini plus right in the corner and it has a pod compartment so your saving even more space. Definitely a step up from the last mini. Making the coffee was very easy.I had a perfect brew of coffee in 3 easy steps. I poured the right amount of water I wanted, put in my pod, close and press the top button. And that's it! It gives you the option to intensify your brew by pressing the strong button. My coffee was nice and hot and I loved every sip of it.

So compact but super powerful! Only takes up a tiny amount of counterspace, but allows you to get your Keurig fix super quick! I would say the only improvement that should be made is the water tank being easily removed for cleaning. Other than that I would definitely recommend it!
