I've been using my Keurig mini plus for a year. I thought my machine was flawed and received a new one after speaking with Keurig associate who also deemed the first one flawed. After receiving the new one I realized that while using the reusable filter the instructions for use are not clear. For instance, if the filter is not nestled in place just right the machine will NOT continue to transfer water from the reservoir into the filter. I have to open and close the lid several times in order for the water the be completely transferred into the filter. Then I must use the microwave to warm up my coffee. I have this coffee machine but I would not recommend buying it. The machine works fine using the k-cups. I like chock full of nuts cubin blend, not available in k-cups. I want to buy the regular single serve Keurig but I'm not 100% confident it will work better. Any suggestions?

I've had mine for about 10 months now. Sometimes when you brew it.. it doesn't take all the water. I have to take out the pod so it doesn't get wasted and keep trying till it takes all the water. Sometimes after a few attempts o give up and go without coffee. When it works (which is most of the time) I love it. Fits perfectly Inna tight space next to my toaster.

I’ve had this a couple of months and I wish I would have bought a different one. It’s top heavy and cheaply made. It’s also very loud and doesn’t shut off all the time. I’ve had issues with it and I’m not happy with it. My older Keurig was wonderful so I’m disappointed in this one, buy a Keurig but not this one.

I really enjoyed using this product. I love the sleek design and that it does not take up much counter space. I also like that it has a removable piece at the bottom that allows my travel mug to fit. I like the matte black finish and really like how quickly it can brew a cup of coffee. I do, however, wish the water resevoir was a little bigger, because I cannot fully fill my travel mug with the amount of water allowed in the resevoir. I received this product to test for free through Influenster, but all opinions are my own. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend.

Bought this item about 3 weeks ago. It seemed to work the 1st week. Then things went wrong. The water is now not hot enough. It overflowed the cup 2 times and sometimes I have to push the button twice after I fill it for it to work. I have had a few Keurigs over the years and have had not one problem with them. This specific one is not worth the money I paid. I cannot return it because I don’t have the receipt or the box. Very disappointed.

I love it! It fits perfect anywhere in the kitchen because of the size and the color goes with every different decor. Since I'm the only one that drinks coffee in my home it's nice not having to brew a whole pot, it just takes a couple minutes to have one hot cup for me!

I received this for free from Influenster and I am so happy with it. Thank you to Influenster and Keurig for this product! It is a great size. The coffee that came with it is great. This is the best coffee maker I've ever had and it makes just one cup at a time. Makes me wish I had a bigger one!

Received a k-mini coffee maker from my bridal shower and I love it. I like that it’s made for single servings so I don’t have to worry about the water sitting in the back of the machine for long periods of time since you add what you need to be used at the moment. Plus they come in a cute variety of colors, a quick and easy way to make coffee in the morning.

I should have read the reviews. This machine is adorable and sleek and looked perfect on my office counter BUT!!!! In less than 6 months, the machine will not turn on. I contacted customer service and I am still waiting on a response regarding a new shipment. I purchased many brewers as gifts and for the office but, this one..,.I do not recommend. Due to the amount of negative reviews, it should be removed from the market. Why keep selling it?

Got this as a gift from a lady I used to nanny for. Worked amazing for the last year but now about every other time it just doesn't work. Since it only has the one button it gets jammed or something and I just have to keep opening and closing the lid to make it work again. Maybe it's just mine that's faulty but I'm really glad I didn't buy it. I would definitely invest in a more complicated Keurig with a touch screen or something if I get another one.
