Apparently from reading other reviews this is a huge problem with this product. The manufacturer probably produced a bunch of faulty models. Water partially drains then brewer shuts off. I had to open and close the coffee pod holder multiple times before it would brew. I returned this product. Don't purchase this. It's not worth the headache. Other Keurig products are better.

I got this one because of the small size I thought it would be great for my kitchen. It worked well the first 6 to 7 months, but I noticed suddenly the coffee started tasting burned. Cleaned the machine as usual, but the taste was still off. Today I went to make some coffee and it was so hot it burned my mouth when I went to drink. I’m so disappointed with this machine and honestly scared to use it again since it started making a weird noice afterwards

I LOVE this! I cannot believe how great it is! I wanted a coffee maker but am very limited on space. This is SPACE SAVING! It takes up the smallest amount of space and sits on my counter like it has always been there. Very easy to use right out of the box! I was researching online for hours and comparing different coffee makers & my efforts have paid off!!!! I also purchased a wide variety of flavors of coffee and tea k cups & they are so easy to make!!!! Totally recommend this pocket!!!! :)

At first I was skeptical about a smaller keurig, but it has grown on me. The water tank is only big enough to hold water for one cup of coffee. So you don’t have to worry about the leftover water in the tank becoming gross like you do with some of the bigger coffee makers. The coffee tastes great, and the whole process to make the coffee is super easy. The only downside is the quality of the keurig. The material is very lightweight, but it does not feel or look as high-quality and sleek as it could. The compartment that holds the k-cups takes a little bit of jostling to fit back into the keurig. That being said, I love having that compartment, and it makes it really easy to grab a k-cup. Overall, I would say this is a very easy-to-use and conveniently sized product that brews a great cup of coffee. This is the worst coffee maker. It is loud and slow ... much louder and slower than any other Keurig I have used. The company would not let us select a different model when the first one quit working completely after a few months. This one is no better, but at least they gave us a new one. The machine has these little black pieces that we keep finding. They must be coming loose from the machine just like they did on the first model, so I am sure this one will stop working soon. Worst purchase I ever made. Just don’t know if I want another Keurig since the company will not let me put the price toward a different model. Probably time to cut my losses and move on.

We have owned our mini k for almost 2 years. Within 2 months of owning it we had problems with it not always working. It would seem stuck, where we would open and close the lid several times before it would complete the cycle. Lately it is not always hot. Next time I won't buy the lower end product.

* I love coffee I drink at least 2-4 cups a day, I have a Keurig at home and at my office, I love them. When I got the complimentary K-mini plus single for testing purposes I was beyond excited I opened at work and put it to use. The coffee brewed to perfection, the quality was very good & tasted great. I really like how it has the strong brew option, depending on the time of day I like my coffee stronger the Others,So that was a great add on. Love the design it’s sleek and classy with the matte black and it’s the perfect size to put on your kitchen counter or even take out side your home. I love to go camping but I still need my coffee this is the perfect size to take and plug in to brew a single cup in the morning and enjoy nature. Honestly it’s the perfect! The quality of the brew for a single cup using the k-mini plus is just as great as my large Keurig classic. It was super easy to use just add water then the K cup and brew! I’m loving the new Keurig K-mini plus and would recommend it to anyone

I really miss my old single serve Keurig. This one is awful. Sometimes for no reason at all it’ll refuse to make coffee. I have to re open its lid then close it and press the button several times before it’ll start working and then it’ll only serve luke warm coffee at best. Easily the coffee maker I’ve ever had

This is by far the absolute worst coffee maker. Listen! We have gone through 3, YES THREE MACHINES of this kind and they all stop working. It won't take the whole amount of water and it just stop... and then after opening the lever a few time it will work but the coffee is cold. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE.

I was so excited when I found out influenster was going to send me this Keurig system to try out for free. I have used Keurig machines in the past and they were the larger more elaborate models. I honestly didnt expect much from this small machine. But it did surprise me. It is too simple and that's not bad at all. Measure out your water for your cup filp the reservoir turn the machine on load your coffee pod select the strong brew of you prefer and start it up. I prefer my coffee brewed a bit stronger and this machine gives the perfect option for that. It also did not leave the coffee tasting bitter lite other machines I have tried in the past. The only down side to this machine is it has an extremely short chord which left me pretty dissapointed. I have a coffee bar and my brewers are on a power strip that this one can not reach so I'll have to add a extension chord just for this maker. But other than that it's a great compact brewer. Very slim and sleek.
