Loved this little machine when we first got it (Dec. 10, 2020)! But two weeks ago, the buttons stopped lighting up, although the unit continued to function. Two days ago, it wouldn't start brewing until after repeated attempts at pushing on the big button, trying in different spots, and after about a half dozen tries and/or unplugging & plugging it back in, it started. Then it seemed to work normally for most of the next day. It worked for a few cups this morning, but this afternoon has been hopeless! Every other coffee maker I've owned has had a multi-year life. Is it unreasonable to expect the same of this coffee maker? I can only give 1 star for value if it needs to be replaced 3 times a year.

I bought this last week because my nespresso takes too long in the morning. I LOVE this! I got the gray color and it’s so cute and small and love that it doesn’t have water sitting in it for days. I’ve used multiple times a day for the past week and am obsessed!

This is a simple, easy, small space saver way to make a cup of coffee that is hot and delicious. I was happy to replace my old clunky machine and put this up on my counter. I start it up and it is done is about 2 mins. I was worried that the coffee would not be hot enough but it brews it to a perfect temp that I can take with and drink on my way to the office before it gets cold

I used to have a large-capacity Keurig, but opted for a smaller one to save counter space. This model is good-looking and gets the job done; hot coffee in just a couple of minutes. While I do wish this held more than one mug's worth of water, I'm overall very happy with the performance and value.

I used this everyday. It has been perfect to drink coffee in the morning it’s so fast and easy. Since I’m the ol y one in the house who drinks coffee it’s perfect for just me and it fits perfectly In my small kitchen and it easy to store since it’s so small

I have been using the mini for years as it is perfect for 1 person. I upgraded to this mini plus as the water dispenser can be taken off to be cleaned and it has a strong button which makes it easier to get a bigger cup with the same wonderful taste. Purchased the cardinal red and it is beautiful and works so well with my Pioneer Women kitchen items. The cord is 24" in length as I know some mentioned it was shorter but it is tucked up in the storage cord area. I have loved this size model as it takes up little space and still makes great coffee. Item shipped and received in 2 days by Walmart (not a third party).

this one is fine as far as making one cup of coffee, BUT it is rather difficult to clean the insdide. The holder that you put the K cup in is not removeable like it was in the previous model and it is very difficult to do a good job of cleaning the inside. It is very awakward to get to the insides to clean. I have to unplug it and take the entire pot to my kitchen sink, turn it upside down and rinse it under the faucet. Where previously you could just pop the basket the held the K cup in and out and put it in the dishwasher. I just don't feel it gets quite as clean as I would like it to and it is a cumbersome task.

Keurig is a great brand for someone who needs one cup of coffee a day quickly. Pro is it makes your coffee quick and very hot. Con is the larger cup settings come out a little watery. You will be better off running two normal size cups to get the 14oz size.

Perfect for a single cup. It doesn’t have a water tank which I love because it’s at my beach house and I wouldn’t want it to sit between guests with water in it. My daughter also uses it in college and it’s great when she comes home for break not worrying she left water in it for extended time!

I purchased this coffee maker because it’s small enough to stay in my dorm room when I go to college. I like that it’s single serve because it saves space and keeps the water in the machine from getting stale. I’m excited to make my coffee with this every morning.
