This machine has not worked well since I purchased it. I am planning on returning it. You put the water in, put the K-Cup in and press the brew button - Nothing Happens. I open the K-Cup Lid, press the button again, nothing happens. After I go through this routine about 4 times, it finally spits out a cup of coffee.

It wasn’t the most intuitive to figure out without instructions. You’ve got to turn it on, fill the water, insert the pod, close the pod lid, and press the large, round button for it to work correctly. Once you get the hang of it, though, it’s super easy and a great space saver. It heats up fast and is a little quieter than the larger Keurigs.

I bought this to replace my Keurig K10 Mini Plus I had in my office, which stopped producing good tasting coffee because of my descaling mistake by accidently using expired distilled white vinegar. I have a Keurig K-Mini Plus at home in red, which I bought in 2022, and it cost me more than the price I paid for it at Sam's Club. In fact Sam's Club has the best price for the Keurig K-Mini Plus out of all the retailers. Plus Sam's Club has the new and improved Keurig K-Mini Plus machines because this version brews so fast even on strong brew compared to the Keurig K-Mini Plus machine from 2022 I have at home. It really shocked me how fast it brewed coffee. In fact I did not believe the coffee was actually going to taste good, but it actually tasted good.

Years ago, when I first used a Keurig, I wasn't impressed by the watery flavor or how much space the machine took up. My burgeoning coffee-snob self quickly moved onto French presses, vacuum brewing, and other fancy gadgets until I finally bought an espresso machine, which was all well and good except for how much of a pain it got get a simple cup of coffee in the mornings anytime I'm in a rush (so basically Monday through Friday). When I was sent the K-Mini Plus, I was instantly intrigued by the machine's small (and even aesthetically pleasing) profile and seeming ease-of-use; it's slim, with hidden storage for k-cups and even storage for the (kind of short) cord. The reservoir is designed to hold only enough water for one cup of coffee at a time (with delineation for a 6oz, 8oz, or 12oz cup), but I actually like this better because it's a breeze to put just enough water in the cup that I'm going to use and then pouring it into the tank right as I plug it in. The fact that it's smaller will probably also make it easier to clean. Now for the coffee itself...I was thoroughly impressed. Gone was the watery taste that I remembered, and the whole process was so quick that generally by the time I got back to the machine with milk and sugar, the coffee was already pouring into my cup. The "strong" option did make a slightly more fragrant cup, but it wasn't a huge difference. All in all, I'm really impressed with the machine and how easy it was to slip it into my hectic morning routine. I was sent this Keurig complimentary for testing purposes, but I know I'm going to be using it regularly whenever I want a really convenient cup of coffee.

My Keurig Mini Plus starting having brewing problems last week. Would stop 1/2 way through a cup, had to start it again to get it to finish. What did come out was not hot. Descaled it per the instructions. The first rinse batch stopped, I noticed water underneath the machine, then it started to smoke! I unplugged it and am afraid to use it again!

I have purchased this 3 weeks ago and it worked great the first few times. Then later when I press the brew button it sucks the water into the machine (very loudly) and then it doesn't come out to brew the coffee, then it times out and shuts itself off. I have to turn it back on, open and close the coffee pod chamber, and press the brew button again. Sometimes that will work, sometimes I have to do it 3-4 times and sometimes I have to add more water. It doesn't seem to have this problem if you fill the water to max but then you're left with a cup of watery coffee. I already returned it. I would not recommend.

I’m in love with this coffee maker, I only drink one to two cups a day and have limited space on my kitchen counter so this is perfect. It’s very compact and very stylish with its matte colors. It heats up my coffee great and makes it less then 2 minutes. I definitely recommend this product

I had my keurig for a month now. Worked fine first week i had it. Now i have my times where i press the brew button and it sucks down some water, then stops. Have to open and close the coffee pod part. And press the button again. And do the same process 4 times just to get a cup of coffee. Ive cleaned it with water to see if that helps. Nothing.

After only limited use, the brewer will not work without a great deal of coaxing and manipulation. By that I mean, the power buttons and brew buttons being pressed while opening and temporarily exposing the K-cup. Naturally, this occurred shortly after the warranty expired.

Easy to use. I suspect some reviewers aren’t reading the instructions thoroughly. This model works a bit differently from others. Fill, add k-cup and press start. It makes noise for 15 seconds or so, then nothing for about 2 minutes, then brews the coffee. I think the 2 minute pause throws people off.
