I purchased this Keurig Mini in late August, 2020 and it was absolutely perfect for my one cup each morning, loved the red besides. However, it died March 24, 2021 and is now totally useless. So very disappointing that a high quality company can produce a product of such terrible quality.

Love this thing! Honestly, it is SO easy to use. Like 3 steps and that’s it! It fits in well with my kitchen due to the compact size. It comes in great colors. We ended up getting the black but the light blue and the grey were VERY tempting. When we hosted guests over the holidays, everyone loved it. My mom liked it so much that we ended up getting her one and she talks about it all the time.

I love my morning cup of coffee or tea but I often don't want to brew a whole pot when since graduating from college my housemates all could want different things. This fixes that problem and the design is perfect for our kitchen because even keeping it out doesn't take up too much counter space. I have always been hesitant to really have a keurig because of the eco costs but I got a few of the reusable cups and I love it. I will say it's a bit louder than my old machine, but it doesn't take as long. I do like that the storage for kcups fits into the machine and the bottom can be taken off to fit my travel mug. Honestly, the Kmini has made my morning kitchen routine so quick and easy. I would definitely recommend. I like this Keurig because it's small and I don't have a whole lot of counter space but it has a lot of flaws too. I can't leave it plugged in because it won't brew correctly when I turn it on, sometimes I need to press the brew button multiple times just to get it to take in the water for one cup of coffee, which is a pain.

I am a first time Keurig user. I bought it to use when I have guests as I don’t drink coffee myself. However, I discovered hot cocoa pods, so now I use it for me! I used my Cricut to make a cute design to dress up my red mini. It takes up little space and looks great on the counter! I have had it for a year now and had zero problems with it. Be sure to use room temperature tap water and you will not have any issues.

I bought this a few months ago, and immediately had problems. I called customer service and they took me through a series of steps which did fix the problem, but now the machine is acting strangely again, but in a different way. Coffee brews too quickly, and is not hot enough. I dont really want a replacement because I think this model needs to go back to the drawing board!

I like it but I wish it could be better. I bought this one on Black Friday because I really wanted a coffee maker and I'm the only one in my house that drinks coffee. I've had a bigger one before but sold it because I didn't feel like it was getting used as much as it could. Now I'm regretting it...so this one requires you to put water in it for each use and it takes a while to heat up 2-3 minutes. You will think that its not making coffee and you have to hit the button several times. It's annoying when you're in a rush but very cute and a space saver!

I love how small this coffee maker is. It fits perfectly in tiny spaces. Can make a pretty big cup of coffee. It takes a little bit of time to make but still relatively quick. I have been a faithful Keurig user pretty much since Keurig started. I've used the K15 Mini for years. I LOVE IT. I've gone through a few and always replaced them with another K15. I just got this new K-Mini. It is ridiculously noisy. It sounds like a vacuum cleaner. We have run it several times. Given it time to rest. Run it with the pod and without. All to no avail. I'm so sad that this has to go back tomorrow. I hope I can find another K15!

I had a difficult time the first few uses with the K-Mini Plus after following the instructions for the first “cleansing” brew, as it wouldn’t heat up the water and it wouldn’t give out the full amount of water that was put it. However, I left it alone overnight (unplugged) and tried it again the next day and it’s been working like a champ ever since! The K-Mini Plus is quick, silent, and compact without taking away any of its key features. I’ve tried the Green Mountain coffee pods that came with my box (complimentary from Influenster) as well as hot chocolate pods a friend had, both tasted fresh and were ready in a matter of minutes! This is my first Keurig product and I’m positively impressed, I’d recommend this unit to anyone who’s looking for a small, yet powerful brewer to give you that quick pick-me-up in the mornings.
