It was simple and hassle free. I think it is wonderful that Keurig honors their warranty. I am very pleased with the process.

Didn't last a day. Brewed one cup then wouldn't turn on again. This is my second, one is in my semi. Have no problems with that one.

Not good in my opinion. Spills water while making coffee. Spills in front of machine. I personally don't like it at all.

I used it for three days and it stopped working, water was coming out the sides and after a few attempts after it still dripped water out the sides
