I’ll tell you what I told customer service when I returned it. Sometimes is makes ok coffee sometimes it makes like warm water.

My original brewer wouldn't power on. Ordering a replacement under warranty was super easy! Had my new brewer in less than a week.

I down size from a larger Keurig. I love the size and it makes a great cup of coffee. Would recommend it for any space.
