stopped working after the first time i used it. rechanged for a different one and it did the same thing.

My first one only lasted a month. Keurig sent me a replacement about 2 weeks ago. Fingers crossed!

The box was dented in several places like it had been droped multiple times. The box seal had already been broken. I will be returning product.

The brewed coffee is much lower in quality than that produced by my previous Keurig brewer. I would not recommend this product
