I LOVE how sleek this is, while still brewing a strong cup of coffee. It's nice to not have to feel obligated to "finish" leftover coffee because it only makes as much as I need, leaving no water in a reservoir.

I bought this machine a few weeks ago to replace my old singleserve machine but the new one splashes all over the counter when you make coffee I’m disappointing

I got a kurieg for a gift and it broke down. They replaced it with no receipt in a week. My other kuriegs have always lasted for years so I'm sure it was a fluke. So happy wirh kurieg and tell everyone what wonderful customer service they have.

Replacement was good after a long going through a bunch of steps because they didn't believe it wasn't working. unfortunately I will not be buying anymore keurigs for my business as the quality has gone below par.

Very trim and cute. Evening teal works well in our new kitchen colors of turquoise, navy and cream. Delish coffee and you can use a basket for your own coffee and save money on pods. I do both. Get this little Keurig. You will love it!

Have been having trouble with it. After sitting all night have problems getting it to start ( it does not get shut off ) I just use the auto shut off

The machine works great when it works. The one I purchased failed during the warranty period. Keurig replaced it. Then the replacement failed and was replaced. I am now using the third.

I had a one-cup Keurig that was given to me by my granddaughter - it just did not work. Keurig was gracious and sent me a replacement - I can now have a great cup of coffee - I love it and very thankful!

This is my 2nd single brewer and I like the "Strong" option on this model. It is a noisy maker though, and does splash coffee droplets on to back of machine. I hope this one will last for 8 years like my old one did!
