If you don’t take the empty K-cup out when it’s done it will leak on top of the storage container or if that’s not there then it will drip into the tray Sometimes it wil drip whether the K-cup is there or not

Love the new custom feature of "strong" coffee option. Enjoy the design to fill and fit under the cabinets. In a short time husband has decaf and I have strong caffeine! Perfect.

This one seems to brew hotter but splatters as the coffee comes out into a regular 8oz mug. Less splatter if you use a travel mug. Hopefully this one will last longer than my previous one.

The first coffee maker lasted less than 3 months. It would no longer turn on. The second replacement appliance only a cord that was 8 inches long. It wouldn’t reach to any plug in the house. Don’t waste your money and TIME!

I read all the review and then purchased this. Works great, easy set-up. I don't think it brews slow, just like all Keurigs. Perfect for small spaces, if I hadn't retired, I would buy one for the office

I bought a few weeks ago and have had a few issues with the machine. Sometimes it dies nit brew - even after it had brewed earlier. I like the ‘strong’ feature and when the machine works- coffee is excellent

Was not impressed, you can only fill it with the amount you want in your cup because it does not stop when the cup is full. Also it splashes everywhere while it’s brewing. I returned it!

Love it at the office! No more carrying mug from home. Slim footprint, strong option and single serve. Nothing better. Have big unit at home, this coffee is every bit as good.

My original Keurig stopped working. I called Keurig and had a great experience with customer service. The replacement process was easy. My new machine is working great. Keeping my fingers crossed.
