I thought it would brew the k cups much longer…didn’t use it everyday, just for special blends. Maybe used once a month. It should have lasted much by longer!

I appreciate the help given when I called about my Keurig that wouldn't work after only owning it for about five months. I have had Keurigs for several years and this is my first problem.

I bought the mini Version, just thinking the machine would be smaller. It’s my own fault for not reading a little closer, it makes about a half a cup, so I have to start the process all over if I want a full cup!:( really to small

I don’t like having appliances that take up more room than they are worth. Therefore, the size of this mini Kahrig coffee pot is ideal for the amount of room. I want to give it in the kitchen.

Had one yrs ago as a gift from my son it never worked right tried 2. So I thought I would try a different one and use my own coffee didn't realize that there's 2 different styles. But I got it and works great

This coffee maker is too slow. Made coffee faster with my old Keurig 2.0 Now I have to wait for my coffee every morning, I may as well go stand in the line at a Starbucks. I wish I could send it back.

This model is not nearly as pleasing to the eyes as my first mini. The grey plastic looks cheap compared to the chrome design of the one I got in 2013. Though noisier, it drips far less after brewing is complete.

Honored the warranty with no issues after the last one broke a couple months after purchase. Helped trouble shoot and sent a replacement because it was broke.

Had this for about 4 months before it stopped working. Got a free replacement under warranty, but that one stopped working after brewing only 2 cups. PURE JUNK!!!

The red coffee maker adds a pop of color to my gray kitchen! Personally, I'd like the coffee to be hotter and also, I'm having trouble pulling out the cord (it seems to be stuck).
