On our first attempt at using this umbrella, we put the pole into a base and not but a few minutes later the pole snapped in half about 6" up from the bottom.

Had umbrella 2 weeks. Piece from winding mechanism came off in my hand while winging umbrella down. Will be calling toll free number as soon as they open this morning for a replacement piece or fix. Annoying. This shouldn't happen.

This patio umbrella is made with extreme attention to detail and quality. It is easy as pie to assemble and operate, and looks/serves us beautifully over our 8ft (maybe actually 10ft?) rectangular Polywood table.

this is a very durable umbrella. the materials feel like high quality. the fabric feels thick and heftier than past patio umbrellas I've owned. I predict this will last longer and keep the color longer than most in the market. highly recommended without a doubt.

We needed a replacement unbrella for our patio set and this one just perfectly fit the bill. I love the fact that it will tilt automatically if I keep turning the crank. I did find out that I need to leave the base in the umbrella stand a little loose, so I can turn it depending upon where I want the tilt to be. It's a great purchase.

I had bought two of these umbrellas in 2019 and they worked great on our deck. Because we live on a hill, we can catch some good winds. One of our umbrellas was not tightened in the stand, flew out and broke one of the medal spokes. I was concerned when I ordered a new one that the colors would be different bc of fading after 2 years. To my pleasant surprise the colors were basically identical! Would definitely recommend these umbrellas!

Perfect size, easy to roll,lasts for seasons. Don't think about it the umbrella and stand work great last for seasons with no maintenance. We buy 2 every year and have used them all year long. They are even rain proof so during Covid used them rain or shine. Oh and best price anywhere; I defy you to find a better combination of colors ,and usability for the price. Best thing Sam's sells.

The umbrella is really beautiful, but after our first windy day in the sun the pole just bent in half. It was not a terrible wind storm because my family and I were outside by the pool. Very sad and unfortunately I did not buy the extended warranty.

The fabric has changed. I own 2 other of the same umbrella and I notice the fabric on my new one is more see-through than the others. I expected the same quality Sunbrella fabric. The my other 2 umbrellas are more opaque. Seems as though the fabric has been changed and seems to be cheaper in quality.
