This teak set is absolutely wonderful. It isn't difficult to put together and it is of excellent quality.I worry a little about the color of the cushions, but added some scotchguard just in case to help. We use it on a covered deck area over-looking our pool. We added Pottery Barn outdoor pillows and it is like we have our own little cottage paradise! It is very comfortable and is very sturdy. For the price, we couldn't find a better value anywhere. Shipping was a little pricey, but so glad we did it! Now I wish I had purchased the side table to match it! Maybe it will be available again soon.

Just assembled so not much use yet. Looks like it will hold up well though. Cushions a little stiff not real cushy. Did not agree with assembly instructions. I found if I put seat pieces in before back piece it went a lot smoother. The few people that have seen it love the way it looks. I think we are going to be very happy with this purchase.

I bought this 1.5 years ago, assembly went well and it was very comfortable but now all of the cushions are coming apart. At one year the cushions were starting to leave fibers on your clothes but now the fabric is tearing and it is discolored- we went with white and now the cushions are a pink color.

We've had this set 3 yearsduring the 1st year the fabric discolored oddly, and now it is literally disintegrating as if it was toliet paper. Having spent this much money I expect more. Spend more and get sunbrella fabric. I have over 10 year old sunbrella on another set and they are like new. Pass on this set unless you want to buy cushions in 3 years.

We ordered this during the summer of '09 and got a great deal at the time. Free shipping plus a $200 Sam's gift card. Guess the current deal is not as good but nonetheless we really do enjoy this unit. We have a gigantic 1000 sq ft deck off the back of the house and this took up a pretty good chunk of it. Looks great and is very comfortable. So good that the neighbors 2 cats love sitting on it. Thats where the only drawback comes...cushions are white and these critters leave footprints all over it. I scotchgarded the heck out of it so hopefully that helps. Our chihuahua is of no help chasing these cats away and ends up sleeping next to them...

We bought this set online and it was delivered promptly. I oiled all the pieces with Teak oil and put it together myself in one Saturday. It is sturdy and looks beautiful. The cushions are comfortable and look great. They are white, so they will OBVIOUSLY show some dirt. Still, a beautiful, well-made set at a very reasonable price.

Product seems to be well made and very happy with it so far. Our 8 piece sectional was packed with an mis-marked base. Received an extra corner seat base and was missing a standard seat base. Was clearly mislabeled. Sent photos and email to the company. Received this as a gift from older relatives so we do not have the purchase receipt. Thought they would just exchange since we had the complete packing, pictures, etc. They refused to do anything without the receipt. We then asked if we could just purchase the seat base. They again refused. Do not understand why they would not want to correct their error or at least allow you to purchase the part THEY messed up. Not sure what this means if a component breaks later. Seems like they would refuse to sell you any replacement parts. For the cost of this product you would think they would prefer satisfied customers. I agree with other raters that have had to deal with the company on any issues. Like the product but would not do business with this company in the future. Terrible customer service and completely unwilling to resolve their errors. I guess we are stuck with a 7 piece sectional for the price of 8 piece sectional.

i've been researching for a sectional for our newly built screened in porch all summer. comparing this with pottery barn which i love, the price was almost HALF and the quality is far beyond my expectations. we have had it for about two weeks and absolutely love it. the only drawback is the only one light color, its almost light creamy color and you can see the dirt on it (i have two children under the age of 4) but it comes out easily when you vacuum it with the brush roll. it comes slipcovered so you can take them off and wash when needed. i highly recommend this to anyone looking for a high quality sturdy and fashionable piece of furniture.

This set was surprisingly easy to put together. It's heavy and very sturdy. Don't be alarmed that the cushions seem thin, they expand once removed from the plastic they ship in - packaging was A - everything was well packed to ensure safe arrival. Definitely recommend!

Solid set that looks stunning in our space. Very comfortable, too!
