Too much pepper Too hard

It was OK. But only just OK.

Stringy, full of bone chips and gristle. Yuck.

Husband likes very much, a little to much for me.

They are a little to dry and very much too chewy

I like that you can slice / present how you like. Great flavors!

The salami with pepper is delicious. The others aren't.

The peppered , i oeel. Way too much pepper but its great if you cut it off

I like to keep this on hand to serve with cheese

This is the best salami and it freezes as well except for the pepper. It does not.
