I’m very familiar with these cuts, as I grew in Spain/Italy. Price almost too good to be true, however, they really lack flavor. Won’t be purchasing again.

2/3 of these salami sticks are awesome. Perfect for a charcuterie board or a nice snack. The third stick is wildly over peppered. It’s like chewing through a pound of black pepper.

I love to cut this into cubes and snack on it with some cubed Dubliner cheese. High quality. Great fermented sausage taste. Not too greasy. This is one of my go to snacks.

Decent but lack flavor

I’m hoping you agreed to sell this product (I’m not so sure it’s actual food) before tasting them, because they’re awful. The smell, the taste, the texture, the hardness - nothing about these says actual food product. I had higher expectations that you value your members enough to not sell bad products.

I read some of the reviews that mentioned being tough or too spicy. It's a hard salami! Slice thin, it's great! The peppered chub is a bit hot, just brush a bit of the pepper off before eating. It's great. The hot salami is not ridiculously hot, it's very good! I bought this for having protein on hikes. It's perfect.

Just wasn't good. It contained a lot of fat.

Overall very good. Peppered sausage had way too much pepper on the outside and just fell off while cutting it up.
