The pepper salami is why i gave this a 3 star. The pepper was way too much for a charcuterie board. Noone could eat even a slice, sadly. Maybe on a sandwich or in a dish of sorts. The other two salamis were perfect tho!

Good sausage combination for a tray. I'd like to see a few different varieties from this. I can only do it once a month with just the 3 samplings in this pack. Need more variety. I would not have thought so, but the peppered one is the favorite in our house.

It did not taste authentic. I figured it wouldnt but it left my mouth with a bad after taste that I refused to take a second bite. Thankfully we didn't just slice and eat the rest as is. We diced and added them to a savory dough mixture for an easter bread and they tasted fine when they were baked.

Love salami chills. Wish they had them all thectime at our Sam's. So tasty
