The fence looks fantastic. I am very impressed. The panel kits + post kits come with all the hardware you need. Installation is pretty easy. There are good instructions and you can find a video online if you need it. The only thing to be aware of when ordering from Sam's is that their shipping communication may be a little wonky. Both the 3rd party shipper and Sam's sent separate emails and tracking saying that the item was in transit and would be delivered in about a week from ordering. All emails and shipping info gave a delivery date, a 12 hour timeframe on that date, and indicated an adult should be home. After waiting around all day on the date in the emails, we called Sam's customer service and they said it would be a different day. The shipper got on the phone as well and said they'd call a few days before and confirmed my phone number. About 10 days later a truck showed up with my order. No call to confirm or anything. I can't speak for whether someone must be home to receive the item because I happened to be home and working outside when it showed up.

But after looking it over and comparing it to other products, I realized if you had a fence made of this material. It would probably last forever. I don’t have experience with this type of material, but it’s actually beautiful, and perhaps one day I may have a fence made of this.

While I can’t speak to how well the pieces fit together to create a fence, I can say that the material it is made of has a very durable feel. I may consider using this type of material for a fence should the need arise in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sample has a beautiful color, I would love to use this for our home project based on the color alone. There are some plastic strings hanging off the product that I’m just not sure if that it usual for a product like this. The product seems very nice and sturdy, my only worry with the plastic peeling off is that harsh weather could cause the product to degrade quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not seen anything like this before, while the concept is good, very easy to use, it looks like it sheds tiny plastics. I’m not sure how that would feel to walk over with bare feet, it’s a no from me. I like the color and the concept, not happy with the shedding.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the color of this. But as soon as I took it out the bag I got a spinter from it . There are many prices of the wood splintering down the wood . This is dangerous it should have some kind of shellac on it to prevent splintering

Bought the fence kits but can’t put up because post kits are not yet available

Ordered this fence on May 3rd with an original delivery date of May 8, with a 12 hour delivery window. Did not arrive. Called customer service, they apologized. Sams sent an email with me cc'd in it. Email said it had arrived in Kinsport, Tn on May 12th which is 45 minute drive for me. We asked if we could pick it up ourselves , no answer. On May 15th we got an email with a delivery date of May 19th (today), 12 hour window. Also someone is supposed to be there to sign. Took the day off, no one has shown. It now says its in La Vergne, Tn, which is 5 hours away. Called customer service again. Now i have to wait on another email with a delivery date and take a day off!! HOPE its worth it!
