I bought this so I didn't have to use my oven in the summer and still have pizza. A frozen pizza works great on the stone and the metal spatula makes it easier to remove the pizza. I also tried a made from scratch pizza on the stone that worked OK too.

This was a terrific price for the pizza stone. I paid over twice as much for a Pampered Chef pizza stone that is only 10". This pizza stone is thicker and more robust. You can throw away the pizza slicer, the peel is worth keeping. The pizza stone is absoluty great. It fits my medium Big Green Egg perfect. And I've also used it in the oven at 550 degrees F.

First thing, read manual. Important info on use and care of the Stone. This info will not come to you in a dream. Read! Second, you must preheat oven without Stone, and prepare your pizza shell on stone. Put stone and pizza in oven together. Spatula best part of this whole deal!!!

I like the size and quality of the stone. The pizza peil is just a little flimsy. It does fold up for storage though.The cutter seems to work well. I've been very happy with the stone though, cooking it on low temp using the outside burners , and turning the pizza often makes it come out pretty great!

The stone I had broke. This was a replacement. The cutter works and the big spatula is good for removing removing a cooked pizza. The foldable handle on the spatula makes it easy to store. The stone is about 1/4 inch thick and heats quickly - saves gas - but I needed to cook at 550 degrees to get the crust to get crisp. If you cook at the recommended 375-400 degree grill for 20-25 minutes the crust will not get crisp. The pizza dough recipe is an OK version of the one I use. I'm from New YorK City and kind of an expert pizza taster.

After finally creating a good scratch pizza dough I wanted to finish my quest for a great pizza with a serviceable pizza stone with accessories! This product fits the bill. It does everything I expected of it. No more going to pizza restaurants for me. I now make a "World Class" pizza right in my own kitchen with much help from my 15" Grill Stone Pizza Set!

This stone cannot tolerate the high heat needed for a true pizza. It is made for about 450 degtees when 600 to 800 are reqired for good pizza. The pizza we made was no better than what we made in the oven. The next one we buy will be thicker and of better quality

Stone was stained from sauce and the stain wont clme out.no matter how much scrubbing I did. The pizza cutter is cheap as well as the pizza spatula to lift pizza. I regret this purchase.

Cheaply made. The pizza pan is thin and flexible. The pizza cutter is so dull it won't cut the pizza
