I bough this power washer to replace my gas powered one. I was tired of having to work on it before I can even get started, This electric washer is awesome, I wish I bough the 3400 PSI. but, it did a good job washing my 32ft Motorhome, and great job on my concrete retaining wall. The reason for the 4 stars is for the turbo nozzle included whit this unit, it keep on loosing pressure, Pressure washer would go on and stop continually for a few seconds. Overall good buy.

Very satisfied with this electric power washer from Westinghouse. Assembly took only 15 minutes, and water supply hookup was a breeze. I've only used it twice so far, but the power is outstanding for an electric power washer. I like how there's a power standby mode, which protects the engine when you're taking a short break from the job. The big wheels make transport of the machine very easy, and the hoses are sufficient length to get around our suburban house and yard. The power tips cover any type of cleaning you'll need to do. All in all, the machine is a great purchase for the money!

I am very disappointed by this purchase. It holds some promise. But, the soap dispenser does not work, is opaque so you can't see how much soap is in it, and there is no convenient way to empty the dispenser to change soaps. And the service department has not responded to requests to help me with the soap issue. In addition, one of the nozzles is defective. And the very visible label with instructions was poorly attached, making the unit look shoddy.

Used for the the first time today. Assembly was straightforward and instructions easy to follow. Got it up and running and used it to clean our front walkway and driveway. Was easy to use and did a good job. I have an oil stain that will take a couple of times to get it all removed. The only nit I have doesn't affect the performance, but the motor and pump are a bit on the loud side. Otherwise, I am really pleased with the unit.

Have used the pressure washer once for a couple of hours. Gave it a good test cleaning my Polaris Ranger side by side covered with mud. Machine worked well, although the soap application seemed weak. The 25’ hose is too short to get around vehicle without it being a pain. The individual spray nozzles are okay, but the multi-tip spray nozzle would be a major plus. I’ve already ordered a longer hose, 50’, and multi-tip spray nozzle as well as a foam cannon for easier cleaning. Spray nozzle and foam cannon were also Westinghouse products. The electric pressure washer is much quieter than my gas engine model as expected. I wouldn’t get anything smaller than the 3400 psi model.

I had read excellent reviews on this product, ordered it, and received it a week ago. Assembling the dozen or so parts was easy, required no tools or screws. All were just snap in place. It's a very solid machine, but a compact size. It promises a max 2500 psi which is just right for my patio and walk. Hooking it up today for my first wash.

I recently purchased this and used it for a couple days. So far, so very good. Love the electric form factor so do not have to mess w/ gas, oil, etc. Assembly was very easy and I was up and running in no time at all. Overall, very pleased and I hope this lasts for a long time. I did have a few moments where for whatever reason I kept losing pressure on the surface cleaner attachment but restarted the unit and it worked fine for the couple hours.

I bought the unit ePX3100 in November 2024. I do not write immediate reviews after putting the product into use and observe the pros and cons. The installation was relatively easy but the directions need some attention from the vendor to make it a bit less confusing and easy to follow eliminating guess. The unit is easy to hook to the water source and turns on nicely. The tips take some time to get familiar with, this is due to me since this is the first pressure washer I owned. It is powerful and washes and removes dirt without any effort. I also purchased a separate foam unit and I do not use the one on the unit. Overall, it is a good purchase and it does what it does. The power cord is long enough for me and it is also easy maneuver around. The compact size is appealing feature. The tools are easy to store around.

I purchased this as I want less maintenance than a gas engine and ease of use for my wife. It was easy to assemble out of the box, there is very little to put together. It appears to be built well and has a pleasant appearance. The pressure is great and it cleans very well. Overall I very pleased.

This electric power washer does exactly what is advertised. We have used it on our siding, patios, and cars. The Yellow attachment does not fit, but I have emailed customer support who responded quickly to let me know they would send me a replacement.
