Just bought the electric WPX2700e pressure washer this month to replace a gas powered pressure washer that was getting more difficult to use/start as we are getting older. This electric pressure washer was simple to assemble and has comparable pressure to the gas powered that we had and easy to use. The unit is much lighter to push/pull around as well. Very happy with this purchase.

I don't need a pressure washer often but when I do it's for the driveway and walkways. I was hoping I wouldn't have to mess with gas and oil once a year or so. The day after buying and taking a chance on this unit, I spent a couple hours washing these areas. I was happy to see that it worked great and was easy to use and store until the next time. I have ne regrets.

I received this WPX3400e a few days ago for my birthday. It was easy assembly out of box. The power washer works great ! The garden hose hookup on the side is great. In the past my power washer garden hose hookups have been in the front and a pain to use. Thank you for making a great product.

I bought ti's in April and just used it yesterday, it works amazing, the one feature I love is that when you let go if the trigger it stops, then when you hold the trigger again it starts right back up, I used to have a gas operated one and my brother would borrow it and he kept it running even when not using it we told him when he isn't using it turn it off , so no one borrows my new one, I used it to power wash rocks and my deck

I had a gasoline powered pressure washer for years. Each year the winter storage took a small toll until it began to run erratically and leak water. I decided to try an electric model. I couldn't be happier. It's quiet, no gas fumes, and starts and stops when you depress or release the handle. It seems that perhaps it's a bit overrated in pressure but it completes every task around the house.

The unit was damaged in delivery, put down hard, bending one of the axle brackets. The exploded view used for assembly depicted the axle going through the inside of the bracket putting the cotter pin on the outside of the wheel. This is wrong. The axle inserts from the outside of the wheel with the cotter pin and washer on the inside of the bracket. The rest of the assembly was simple.

I bought this and the first time I used it is would not run more than 2 minutes and would shut off. I verified the power source at my home which was fine. Also, what little I was able to do with it took forever. Even with the highest spray (yellow), I needed to hold it two inches from the item I was cleaning to get any dirt off. 30 minutes to do a 2-foot square and the deck is not that dirty.

This power washer does exceptionally well when clean concrete. I also bought it to clean my siding on my house and it does a wonderful job cleaning. I would recommend this power washer for those who do not want to get a gas power washer. All you have to do is hook up the hose plug it in and just start spraying. I’m glad I bought this.

--Assembly instructions were complete, clear and in correct English (refreshing) --Unit seems to work well but I was surprised as to how noisy it is, especially when compared to some of the --although smaller-- electrical power washers folks in my neighborhood are using. --Although I read the manual several times, I have not --yet-- discovered how to release pressure from the water intake after switching off the unit. Triggering the discharge only takes pressure off of the output site, but full pressure remains on the water intake side. As a consequence, I have to slowly bleed pressure from either side of the water hose connection, which is a wet and unpleasant task. I might not have discovered the correct way to do this, but as said, reconsulting the manual several times did not help. I looked for a pressure relief valve, but did not see one. --The manual says nothing about storing the unit other than tilting it to let water out and not storing it in an excessively hot place. It does mention 'pump protector' but it does not say what that is, what it is for or when to use it. Before winter storage? After each use? When storing for longer periods of time? ???

I bought this a few weeks ago to pressure wash my decks and walking paths. Works great and practically no maintenance. Will pay for itself in probably 1-2 years over paying someone else to do the work. It should come standard with a 40 deg nozzle, but the 25 deg nozzle won't do damage as long as you're careful to keep the lance at an appropriate distance from the target surface.
