This cheese is convenient, easy to use (with the machine) & tastes great. We have tried other types, including canned cheese, and our customers prefer the taste of this one. The better the taste....the more you sell. It's easy to order & the delivery time is good. The only thing that would make this better is if it was available at the Sam's Club for purchase & you didn't have to order it and wait on it.........

Bought my first case and now I am about to order more. Very easy instructions, the one thing that they do recommend is when placing the spigot in to the bladder, do not lay it flat. The spigot will pierce through the bladder if you lay it flat and then you would have basically a ruined bag of nacho cheese. I love the flavor of it, the bladders are very durable, and the spiciness is just perfect for any concessionaire.

This product is good and I have not had any negative complaints from customers. It is a little thicker consistency than the cheese I used from the can where I can add water if needed. I prefer a thinner sauce so that it spreads across the chips easier. Will definitely continue to use this product over going back to a crock pot. Would prefer to purchase this product in store rather than on-line.

Good flavor, much better than the "Nacho Cheese" I ordered previously that turned out to be cheddar cheese sauce.

Need to carry the regular cheese, you carry the dispenser, now you need to carry the regular along with the jalapeño cheese.

We use the bagged cheese with an Ortega cheese dispenser and it fits perfectly and completely reduces waste. Sam's Club has the best purchase price around.

On average, I use one bag per week in my concessions store. Every customer returns wanting more because of the delicious taste! I've tried other brands, and none sell as fast as the GM brand.

We received all the bags of cheese, however, we were shorted one spigot to dispense the cheese with. Since we had already thrown the third bag away, when we went to use the forth we had no dispenser!

The cheese tastes good - everyone likes it. I only wish you could buy it in the store and not have to order it online and have it shipped.

The tweens at my bussines like this cheese. It has a tang, but not so much to affect their young palets.
