Love the bags of cheese taste is good and very convenient to use!

we use this for Little League and it is amazing. The fact that we can keep it plugged in and warming for a couple of days makes our lives easier..... I don't have to have crock pots of cheese to clean out and store - If we are going to be closed for any length of time, we pull the open bag and store it in the fridge, but we play 5 days a week and it is an easy use!!! Just wish it was carried in the stores for convenience of picking up that last case we need without shipping it.

This cheese works perfectly for our nacho cheese machine, as expected, and while we had started out with the plain cheddar that Sam's no longer carries, no one at our theater has complained about the change (it has some jalapeño flavor to it, but is not all that spicy (different areas of the country may disagree 🤣) and for those having trouble with it in their machine 14 years ago, idk, but maybe they thinned it a little since then, as we find it drips a little. This is a good-tasting cheese at terrific price-point such that selling just three orders at four bucks each pays for a whole bag. The one thing to note, though: occasionally, somebody at the factory/warehouse slips up and doesn't include enough of the piercer-tubes ('udders') in the box, and Sam's has no mechanism for just sending these separate from a new batch of cheese…SO…note the toll-free number on the box and call the Gold Medal factory in Ohio and ask for the rep for Sam's Club purchases, and the rep will send you the necessary udders—as reusing one may be a health code violation, plus once the plastic has been heated it starts to wear out and you could end up with a whole that leaks all over the 'milking' mechanism (we call them "udders" at the theater, because the machine and tube work like milking a cow 😀). Anyway, good stuff, Maynard…and if you have any left over/about to go over the recommended time, take it home mix it with bo-bean chili and a little cumin and it's even better!

we use alot of this in concession stand. convenient. esasy to store snd use. we do got shorter a bag frequently. hate to send back to fix. be nice if they could send another bag or add to next order.

Works well with our concession sales of nachos. Much easier than using canned cheese and a crock pot! Our customers like the flavor. Bags are pretty easy to change. Standard shipping time was excellent!
