The vibration feature is best if you are laying on the left side of the bed. If your laying on the right of the bed it is very light because the motor is only on the left. The people at ghostbed didn't even know this. They gave me the number to the manufacturer of the bed and they let me know it is designed that way. Terrible feature if 2 people are sharing the bed.

This Bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever bought. Being adjustable has helped with my acid reflux. there is only one thing I would change in the design of this bed and that is to make it where the bed can be raised or lowered to allow for care of patients that are immobile.

I love the adjustable base. Super easy to transport inside after receiving from the shipping company. We ordered a king so the base was split to offset weight. Each piece weighs easily over 100 pounds. Affordable and durable. So glad to have a way to adjust my bed and can’t wait to try out the massage and zero gravity feature!

We opted for a Ghostbed vs. a Temprapedic due to the price point. The Ghostbed is good and meets our needs- we especially love the adjustable base. It's a little firmer then we would've liked. We do love the stability of the mattress- we can't feel each other moving around. We utilized the "White Glove" delivery service and this was less then ideal. Our bed sat in a warehouse for a couple of weeks prior to being delivered to us. They scheduled one date for delivery and then just never showed up. I had to call to find out what happened and then was scheduled for a new delivery date a week later. On the day of the delivery, I had no idea what time they would be showing up. They were also supposed to call me within 30 minutes of arriving at my house. This never happened so they just showed up randomly. We also purchased the headboard brackets and these did not come with the bed setup, they were shipped to us separately- good to know if you are purchasing these. Overall we would recommend Ghostbed- just not the White Glove delivery service.

This was very easy to set up and it is very sturdy. The remote functions are very easy to use. However just remember to have help when moving to wherever you are setting this up as it is very heavy!I'm a 285lb guy and consider myself pretty strong and this was a chore to move around while in the box. I wouldn't move this around too much after setup as there are lots of wires underneath and the bed does fold up so it would be awkward. However I would recommend this as a cheaper alternative to tempurpedic and it does the same exact thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent the extra for the NATURAL Ghost bed, so I was so disappointed when the mattress had a strong chemical smell. I have had it for 4 weeks now, and the smell is still not gone. We aired it out, then every couple days I strip the bed, open the windows and try to air it out. I sleep with a very thick comforter next to the mattress, covered by a thick mattress pad to try to keep the smell away from me while I sleep. If it was going to have these fumes anyway, I wish I would have gone with a regular ghost bed. This one bunches badly when you have the head raised. The bed was advertised to arrive in 2-5 days, but it took 15 days. I thought I was getting 2 free ghost pillows, but none were included. My daughter has a Ghost Bed that she loves, so I was pretty surprised with all these issues.

The white glove service delivered 31 days after I ordered my bed My items were sitting in the warehouse for four weeks ‘lost’. After many calls they did a sweep and found them. If you choose white glove set up keep this in mind. Otherwise we love the bed the two nights we have slept on it

We have two of your beds and we love them my wife has had eight back surgeries and is always in pain after sleep on the Ghost bed the first night the next day she said most of her pain was gone the beds are well worth what we paid for them she has been in pain for 27 years and will be for the rest of her life we love our beds so thank you

My morning aches and pains quickly disappeared. The bed was more firm than expected but is very comfortable. Love the adjustable features, the lights and the massage feature. Once it turns off your whole body tingles and sleep comes fast. The cooling is great but the mattress cover does impede its effectiveness slightly. We have carpet so the 2 bases don't shift at all. Set up was super easy. The mattress had no smell and we could sleep on it the first night. Very happy with this purchase!

I have bad acid reflux. Since I have had my ghostbed I haven't had any acid reflux at all in the mornings. The massage features were a lot more powerful then I imagined it would be when I bought it. I also have a blot clot in my left leg and the ability to raise the foot of the bed has relieved swelling in me keg
